By purchasing, accessing, or using DM Digital, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the product.
2. About DM Digital
DM Digital provides digital Christian content, including prayers, Bible passages, reflections, and biblical teachings for personal learning and spiritual development. The content, features, format, and catalog may evolve over time.
DM Digital is a digital content product and is not a church, religious denomination, counseling service, healthcare provider, or emergency service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to purchase or use DM Digital. By using the product, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Purchase and access
Access is linked to the email address provided during checkout. DM Digital does not require a traditional user account unless a different access method is introduced and clearly communicated.
- You must provide an email address that you control and keep it available.
- You are responsible for the security of your email account and any access link sent to it.
- You must contact support if you lose access to the email used for purchase.
- Access is personal and may not be transferred, resold, shared, or made available to another person.
Unless the checkout page expressly states otherwise, the purchase is a one-time payment for personal access to the applicable digital product. The price, included content, access conditions, and any promotional terms shown at checkout form part of these Terms.
5. Personal-use license
After a valid purchase, DM Digital grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the purchased content for your own non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
This license does not transfer ownership of the product or its content. No right is granted to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, adapt, translate, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the content.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- share, sell, rent, sublicense, or transfer access to DM Digital;
- copy, record, download, reproduce, scrape, extract, or distribute content except where a feature expressly allows it;
- circumvent access controls, payment controls, or security measures;
- reverse engineer, interfere with, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to the website or product;
- use DM Digital or its content for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or commercial purposes;
- misrepresent your identity or use another person's purchase without authorization;
- remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices.
7. Prices and payments
Prices, currency, taxes, and payment conditions are displayed before checkout. By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable charge and confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Payments may be processed by Stripe. DM Digital does not receive or store your full card number or card security code. Payment processing is also subject to Stripe's applicable terms and policies.
If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, refunded, or identified as unauthorized or fraudulent, access may be withheld or suspended while the matter is reviewed.
8. Refunds and cancellations
Refund and cancellation requests are governed by the conditions disclosed at checkout, our Refund and Cancellation Policy, and any mandatory rights under applicable consumer law.
To request assistance, contact catequizartbr@gmail.com from the email address used for purchase and include the transaction details needed to locate the order.
9. Educational and religious content notice
DM Digital content is provided for general educational, informational, and spiritual purposes. It does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice and should not replace assistance from a qualified professional.
Bible translations, interpretations, reflections, and religious perspectives may vary. Users remain responsible for their own decisions and for seeking appropriate professional or pastoral support when needed. In an emergency or risk of harm, contact local emergency services immediately.
10. Availability and product changes
We aim to keep DM Digital available and functional, but uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, security events, hosting issues, updates, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
We may update, correct, reorganize, add, or remove content and features when reasonably necessary to improve the product, comply with law, protect security, or maintain the service. We will not intentionally remove the essential benefit of a completed purchase without a reasonable solution where required by applicable law.
11. Intellectual property
DM Digital, its design, software, original texts, graphics, branding, organization, and other original materials are protected by intellectual property laws and belong to their respective owners or licensors.
Bible passages may be subject to the rights and attribution requirements of their respective translations and publishers. Their inclusion does not transfer any ownership rights to the user.
“DM Digital” and related visual elements may not be used in a way that suggests affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement without prior written authorization.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, DM Digital is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that the content will meet every personal expectation or produce a specific spiritual, emotional, or practical result.
DM Digital is not responsible for indirect losses caused by misuse of the product, unauthorized sharing of access, failure to secure an email account, third-party systems, or events outside reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
13. Suspension or termination of access
Access may be suspended or terminated when reasonably necessary because of fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized sharing, security risks, unlawful activity, material breach of these Terms, or a valid legal requirement.
When appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Suspension or termination does not limit rights and remedies available under law.
14. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of the rules governing your use of DM Digital. By using the product, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review that policy.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including applicable consumer protection rules. Any dispute will be handled by the legally competent courts, without restricting any forum or right that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Before filing a claim, we encourage you to contact us so that we can attempt to resolve the matter directly and in good faith.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to DM Digital, payment practices, legal requirements, or security standards. The current version will remain available on this page with its last-updated date.
Material changes that affect an existing purchase may be communicated through the email address used for access. Continued use after the effective date of an applicable update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
