Clear and fair purchase terms

Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Policy explains when a DM Digital purchase may be canceled or refunded, how to submit a request, and what happens after a refund is approved.

Last updated: August 22, 2026

1. Overview

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to purchases of DM Digital, a Christian digital content product available through dmdigitalpro.com and operated in Brazil.

DM Digital is generally sold as a one-time purchase that provides personal access through the email address used at checkout. If a checkout page expressly offers a different payment arrangement, the conditions clearly displayed there also apply.

This Policy is intended to provide clear purchase information and does not restrict any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law.

2. Seven-day right of withdrawal

Consumers who purchase DM Digital online may request cancellation and a full refund within 7 calendar days from the purchase date, in accordance with Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, when applicable.

You do not need to provide a reason to exercise this right. The request must be sent within the seven-day period using the instructions below.

When a refund under the right of withdrawal is approved, the amount paid for the applicable purchase will be refunded and access to the refunded product will be discontinued.

3. How to request a refund

Send your request to catequizartbr@gmail.com, preferably from the same email address used during checkout.

Please include:

  • the email address used for the purchase;
  • the purchase date;
  • the transaction or receipt number, if available;
  • a clear statement that you are requesting a refund;
  • the reason for the request when it concerns a technical issue, duplicate charge, or another specific problem.

We may ask for limited additional information when reasonably necessary to locate the transaction, verify the purchaser, prevent fraud, and protect payment data. We will confirm receipt of the request by email.

4. Other cases that may qualify for a refund

In addition to mandatory rights, a full or partial refund may be issued after review in situations such as:

  • duplicate charge: the same purchase was charged more than once;
  • incorrect charge: the amount charged differs from the amount clearly displayed and accepted at checkout;
  • confirmed technical failure: DM Digital is unable to provide the purchased access and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable period;
  • unauthorized transaction: the payment is confirmed as unauthorized after appropriate verification;
  • other circumstances: a refund is required by applicable law or expressly promised at checkout.

Technical problems should first be reported to support so that we have a reasonable opportunity to restore access or provide an equivalent solution.

5. Requests made after seven days

After the seven-day withdrawal period, a change of mind or failure to use the product does not automatically qualify for a refund, except where required by law or covered by another eligible circumstance described in this Policy.

The following situations generally do not qualify on their own:

  • not accessing, reading, or completing the available content;
  • personal disagreement with the style, interpretation, or presentation after receiving the product as described;
  • loss of access caused solely by failure to maintain access to the purchaser's email, when support can reasonably restore access;
  • sharing access or violating the Terms of Use;
  • incompatibility caused by an unsupported, outdated, or modified device or browser when the product remains available through commonly supported technology.

Each request will be assessed fairly and in accordance with mandatory consumer protections.

6. Refund method and processing time

Approved refunds are normally sent back to the original payment method through Stripe. We do not require a customer to pay a separate fee in order to receive an approved refund.

After the refund is submitted to the payment processor, it generally appears as a credit or reversal within approximately 5 to 10 business days. The actual timing depends on the payment method, bank, card issuer, and circumstances outside DM Digital' control.

If the original charge disappears from the statement instead of showing a separate credit, the payment may have been reversed rather than posted as a refund. If the funds do not appear after the estimated period, contact us and your financial institution.

Currency conversion differences, bank fees, and exchange-rate variations controlled by financial institutions may affect the final amount displayed in currencies different from the original settlement currency.

7. Access after a refund

Once a full refund is approved, the license associated with that purchase ends and access to the refunded product may be disabled. You must stop using, sharing, or retaining any copies of materials obtained through the refunded purchase, except where retention is required by law.

A partial refund, when applicable, may result in an appropriate adjustment to the scope or duration of access.

8. Cancellations and recurring charges

DM Digital is currently described as a one-time digital purchase and does not require cancellation of a recurring subscription unless a checkout page expressly states otherwise.

If recurring billing, a trial, or an installment arrangement is offered in the future, its price, frequency, renewal terms, cancellation method, and effective cancellation date will be clearly disclosed before purchase. This Policy will be updated as necessary.

Canceling access does not automatically erase legally required transaction records. Personal-data requests are handled under the Privacy Policy.

9. Chargebacks and payment disputes

We encourage you to contact us before filing a chargeback so we can review the purchase and attempt to resolve the issue promptly. Filing a chargeback does not expand or reduce rights available under law.

Fraudulent, abusive, or knowingly false disputes may lead to suspension of access and submission of relevant transaction records to the payment processor or financial institution. Nothing in this section prevents a customer from disputing a genuinely unauthorized or incorrect charge.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the product, payment methods, legal requirements, or operational practices. The current version will remain available on this page with its last-updated date.

The policy and purchase conditions in effect at the time of a transaction will apply to that transaction, except where a later change is required by law or is more favorable to the consumer.
