Choose the right subject

Using one of the links below helps us identify your request:

• Access support: access email not received, link not working, or loss of access.
• Payment support: payment status, incorrect amount, duplicate charge, or receipt question.
• Refund request: cancellation or refund under the applicable policy.
• Privacy request: access, correction, or deletion of personal data.
• General question: product information or another matter.

What to include in your message

To help us resolve your request, include only the information relevant to your case:

• the email address used during purchase;
• a short description of the issue or request;
• the purchase date and transaction or receipt number, when related to payment;
• a screenshot of an error, when useful, with sensitive information hidden;
• the device and browser used, when reporting a technical issue.

Payments and account security

Payments may be processed by Stripe. DM Digital does not receive or store your full card number or card security code. If you believe a payment method has been compromised, contact your bank or card issuer immediately.

Access to DM Digital is linked to the purchaser's email address. Keep your email account secure and contact us from that address whenever possible so we can verify the request without collecting unnecessary information.
